Who you are hiring

I am one of seven developers HighLevel lists as a Verified Developer Partner.

Twenty-five years in ICT, unified communications, networks and systems integration before this. Technical sales and delivery: I designed the solutions, built the systems and saw them into production, including a Salesforce CRM build, across NICE, Cisco, 8x8, RingCentral, HP and IBM estates. Clients ranged from mid-market operators to institutions including HSBC, RBS, Citibank, Goldman Sachs and DTZ. Then GoHighLevel exclusively since 2019.

I scope the work, I build it, and I hand it back documented. You deal with me directly, not a junior behind a project manager.

More about how I work ›

Sound familiar?

Most of this is architecture,
not a broken step.

You pushed a snapshot update to every sub-account, got it wrong, and there is no way to roll it back.

Provisioning ›

Automations fire at each other and nobody can say for certain which one sent what.

Automation architecture ›

Webhooks fire twice, middleware goes quiet, and sync drifts between systems with no explanation.

Integrations & API ›

The AI answers well until it needs to do something, then it cannot reach anything real.

Agentic AI ›

Onboarding a client takes days of typing and comes out different depending on who did it.

Process optimisation ›

The automation bill is growing faster than the revenue behind it.

Migrations ›

What I do

Where the native builders run out.

The platform is powerful until the business asks for something it was not designed to do. That is the point I get called.

Workflow automation

Automations that stop contradicting each other, and logic that moves to code when the builder runs out.

Process optimisation

The repeatable parts done server-side and identically every time. The judgement stays with a person.

Integrations & APIs

Your backend, third-party systems and legacy databases, talking properly and staying in sync.

Agentic AI & orchestration

Agents that hold context, use real tools, and hand to a human at a defined point.

CRM architecture

Pipelines, objects and fields designed around how the business actually runs.

Infrastructure

Servers, middleware and data stores for logic off-the-shelf tooling cannot hold.

The work

Built, shipped, still running.

49

updates pushed into a live sub-account in one operation. All logged, all reversible.

Provisioning console ›
~100

values researched and proposed per location, each carrying its source and a confidence score.

The platform layer ›
3

live queues and a speed-to-lead clock, so generated leads stop dying at the front desk.

FrontDesk Assist ›

How I work

Audit, stage, apply, hand back.

Step 1

Audit

What is actually happening under the bonnet, written down.

Step 2

Stage

Priced and prioritised, so you review before anything is built.

Step 3

Apply

In slices you can test and sign off, each validated before the next.

Step 4

Hand back

Documented, with you still owning the account and the data.

You keep the account and the data throughout, and nothing touches live customer data until you have signed off the phase.

Why the depth matters

When the platform will not do it,
I am not stuck.

Verified Developer Partner is not a pitch for an app build. It matters to an ordinary rebuild for a simpler reason: the workflow that needs an object it cannot reach, or the process that has to happen server-side, always has a route.

What clients say

Fifteen reviews. All five out of five.

★★★★★

UK's foremost GHL authority

He didn't just apply an off-the-shelf solution, he built a tailored system that transformed our operations.

Stephen Hackett · Founder, 186Kloud

★★★★★

He flagged problems before they were problems

He proactively flagged potential issues before they became problems, which saved me a lot of time and headaches. And he delivered a day early.

Leon Manthey

★★★★★

If your HighLevel setup is a mess

Automations firing everywhere, messages stopped by an A2P issue, our Twilio number banned. They found what was broken and rebuilt everything properly.

Start here

Start with the audit.

A written architecture record and a staged plan, useful to you whether or not I build the rest. Prices are quoted after the audit, not before it, because a number given before anyone has looked under the bonnet is a guess.
