We first got Gareth in to build us a website. Then he sorted our booking system so we could keep track of everything properly. He built a system that helped us hire staff. It spoke to the applicants and followed up by text and WhatsApp. We only had to speak to the best ones. We hired three and two are still with us. He also set up our HR and health and safety stuff. Now we get reminders for training checks and kit. It's all automatic and makes life easier.
