I’ve been working with Gareth on migrating my business to GoHighLevel and setting everything up, and what I’ve appreciated most is that he took the time to really understand my business, what I want to accomplish, and how GoHighLevel could best support it.
He doesn’t simply implement what you ask him to do. He thinks about the bigger picture, analyses what you actually need, offers ideas and looks for the best way to make everything work together.
While we were working on the project, GoHighLevel began releasing some significant new features. Gareth was very upfront with me and recommended that we delay parts of the implementation so that we could take advantage of the new functionality, even though that meant moving the deadline we had originally agreed on. I really appreciated that. He could easily have completed the work as originally planned, but he cared more about creating the best possible result for me.
He is thoughtful, helpful, easy to reach and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He listens to what I want while also bringing his own ideas and expertise to the project.
The implementation has taken longer than we initially expected, but I can now see how well everything is coming together and how much thought has gone into creating a system that works as a whole.
