Phone and contact centre systems for large organisations
How I see the platform
A communications hub, and I've spent my career building those
I've worked in information and communications technology since I was eighteen. IT first, then infrastructure as a service, then trading infrastructure, the networks and connectivity that keep financial markets running. Then back into unified communications and collaboration: voice, messaging, presence, all integrated into the applications people work in every day.
One of my first roles in the City was selling NICE contact centre technology for financial services. Recording, compliance, intelligent routing, handoffs between agents and systems, serious infrastructure for organisations that cannot afford a missed call or a broken audit trail. Cisco, 8x8, RingCentral, HP and IBM followed. HSBC, RBS, Citibank and Goldman Sachs were among the customers.
That is why, when I look at HighLevel, I see something I recognise. Not a CRM with a phone number field, a communications hub. Every conversation lands here. The API, webhooks and MCP bring in almost any technology we can integrate with, so the platform bridges the gap between your stack and your people. Workflows apply the repeatable logic; AI handles the judgment calls.
I moved to HighLevel exclusively in 2019 because it is the first platform I've found that does all of that in one place, at a price a normal business can afford. Marketlinx exists to make the hub work: wire the systems in, make the logic hold, keep the handoffs clean. The credentials on this page matter, but the reason I stay is that I've spent my life building exactly this, and HighLevel finally got it right.

Credentials
Certified Admin vs Verified Developer Partner
Both are HighLevel credentials. They mean different things, and both are verifiable at source, not badges pasted onto a website.
HighLevel Certified Admin
A practitioner accreditation on the HighLevel certified admin directory. It confirms hands-on platform knowledge: CRM, automations, telephony, funnels and day-to-day account operation.
HighLevel Verified Developer Partner
A separate developer programme for Marketplace apps, API integrations, OAuth flows and platform-layer builds. There are seven partners worldwide; listing is on the HighLevel Marketplace.
Do I need both credentials to hire you?
No, most clients hire for one kind of work. Certified Admin covers account operation and rebuilds; Verified Developer Partner covers custom apps and deep API work. I hold both because the work spans both sides.
How do I check a badge is real?
Use the links above. Certified Admins appear on directory.gohighlevel.com with live reviews; Developer Partners appear on marketplace.gohighlevel.com with published apps. A screenshot on someone's site is not verification.
How I work
Five things that do not change
You keep the account
The sub-account and the data stay yours throughout and afterwards. Always.
Audit before build
Every serious engagement starts with a technical audit under the bonnet, not a proposal.
Staged go-live
Each phase validated before the next one touches live customer data.
Plain English
Explained so you can make the commercial decision, not just nod at the technical one.
Documented handover
Written down, so the build does not depend on me still being in the room.

Start with the audit
A written architecture record and a staged plan, useful whether or not I build the rest.
