Apps brand
AgencyPRO.tools
The product brand for HighLevel Marketplace apps, white-label products agencies can resell, and commissioned builds. Level Up Marketplace sponsorship sits here too. Emails from Gareth are Marketlinx DIGITAL, the company behind the apps.

Marketplace integrations
IgnitePOST. Handwritten direct mail triggered from HighLevel workflows. A physical touchpoint in an otherwise entirely digital sequence.
SendOutCards. Cards and gifts sent from a workflow, so client appreciation happens at scale without anyone remembering to do it.
FrontDesk Assist. Live queues, speed-to-lead clock and team leaderboard for front desk teams. Resold under your own brand as a recurring line.
Provisioning console. Research, review and push around a hundred custom values into a new sub-account, with every change logged and reversible.
What a custom app gets you
Why agencies commission their own
Something in your stack that competitors cannot buy off the shelf.
Differentiation
Something in your stack that competitors cannot buy off the shelf.
Recurring revenue
An app billed monthly alongside the subscription, not a one-off build.
Your brand
White-labelled throughout, so the client never sees anyone else's name.
Reused platform layer
OAuth, webhooks and data sync already built, so your app is not paying for them again.
A note on the numbers
Most of these are not public apps
The developer account carries Marketplace apps and private client builds. Two of them, IgnitePOST and SendOutCards, are published integrations anyone can install from the HighLevel Marketplace.
The rest are private. They were built one to one for individual clients, solving a specific problem in a specific account, and they are not listed publicly because they were never intended as shelf products. That is also why there is no gallery of them here.
It is worth saying plainly, because the number on its own invites the wrong conclusion. The point is not that there are 63 of them. It is that the platform layer underneath has been built and rebuilt enough times that the next one does not start from zero.
